Remodeling your kitchen is one way to substantially increase the value of your home. What’s more you get all the benefits of a superb kitchen for the rest of the time you live in the property.
In 2011, a total 3.7 million kitchen remodels took place across the United States. You can expect your kitchen remodel to return at least 80% of the cost when you sell your home.
If you have a small kitchen with an inefficient layout, your kitchen remodel will transform the room to use the space efficiently.
Here are some tips to help you carry out your dream kitchen remodel:
Kitchens are nurturing spaces for the body and soul, and even the smallest improvements in your cooking and gathering space can have a profound impact on your lifestyle. Whether it is rebuilding the island, purchasing new kitchen appliances or simply adding fresh cabinet knobs, renovating your kitchen will give you peace of mind, and add value to your home.
While kitchen renovations can be a great way to offer comfort, efficiency, functionality, and beauty to your cooking and gathering space, they can also be expensive, time-consuming and often very demanding. Knowing where to begin and adopting a thoughtful plan of action can make the entire renovating process enjoyable. Here are some tips that will help you achieve a stress-free kitchen renovation.
Here are some trends in kitchen renovations that are not only popular but appreciated by consumers and manufacturers alike.
Invisible Appliances – These appliances are not necessarily invisible, but they are hidden away behind cabinetry. A microwave can be placed above the counter and by adding on a faux cabinet door it blends in perfectly and is still functional. Other appliances that can be hidden are the dishwasher and the refrigerator. These appliances can be camouflaged perfectly with faux cabinetry.
Master’s Craft Construction just finished up a really nice kitchen remodel in North Wales, Montgomery County. This was the first kitchen remodel project for which we used Decor Cabinetry with whom we have a partnership relationship. Pictures of the remodel will come in a few weeks, so come back to see them!
Decor Cabinetry is in Manitoba, Canada. With Decor’s creative finishes, the company services a niche market in the Kitchen and Bath industry that continues to expand. Glazing, Chalk and Furniture finishing are just some of the latest staining techniques. While other finishes such as distressing, stainless steel inserts and linen textures have the industry racing to find the latest technique, Decor Cabinet Company’s finishing department creates many of these unique looks through careful hand processes that show their dedication to quality is second to none.
Master’s Craft is proud to be a Decor Cabinetry Dealer and to offer this superior cabinet to our clients in Hatfield, North Wales and surrounding area! Contact us today to learn more about them.
